Bonfire Night. (5 November)
Each year, London marks the historic moment when Guy Fawkes and his motley crew attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament and King James I in the Gunpowder Plot of 5 November 1605.It is still customary today for the cellars in the Houses of Parliament to be searched by the Yeoman of the Guard before each State Opening of Parliament.The day became known as Guy Fawkes Day or Guy Fawkes Night, but it’s now more commonly called Bonfire Night.
Autumn Internationals 2022. (6 – 26 November)
The giants of southern hemisphere rugby – South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Argentina – will be back touring Europe during the autumn of 2022.
Fans of the four home unions – England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales – can look forward to a month-long festival of Test match rugby with more titanic North v South battles.
London Jazz Festival, London, England. (11 – 20 November)

Premier League. (6 August 2022 – 28th May 2023 )
The Premier League is the highest level of the men’s English football league system. Contested by 20 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the English Football League. Seasons typically run from August to May with each team playing 38 matches.
New Year’s Eve Fireworks. (31 December)
See off the year with the spectacular London New Year’s Eve fireworks display, an event televised around the world. Listen to the clock strike midnight as Big Ben’s famous “bongs” ring out at the Houses of Parliament, followed by the UK’s biggest annual fireworks display across the river. 31 Dec.
